Turning Angle Inspection/Adjustment

    Jack up the front of the car, set the turning radius gauges beneath the front wheels, then lower the car.
    Front wheel resting on a turning radius gauge (turntable) placed beneath the tire, used to measure the turning angle. Shows the wheel/tire and the gauge plate underneath.

    Turn the wheel right and left while applying the brake, and measure the turning angle of both wheels.
  3. 3
    If the measurements are not within the specifications, adjust as required by turning the tie-rods.
    After adjustments, recheck the front wheel toe and readjust if necessary. Reposition the tie rod boot if twisted or displaced after adjustment has been made.

41° 30' ± 2°
Turning angle - Outward wheel
33° 30' ± 2°
