Do the compressor and both fans run?
NO
Repair open in GRN wire between fan switch and function control panel.
YES

Turn the ignition switch OFF.

Check for continuity from BLK terminal to body ground.

Is there continuity?
NO
Repair open in BLK wire between the fan switch and body ground or poor ground (G201).
YES

Replace the fan switch.
