15-49prose procedure- 7Remove the compressor mounting bolts (4) and compressor. Rest the compressor on the front beam.Compressor mounting bolts: 25 N·m (2.5 kg-m, 18 lb-ft)
- 8Remove the mounting bolts (4) and compressor bracket with idle pulley.ALL TORQUE: 48 N·m (4.8 kg-m, 35 lb-ft); bolts 10 x 60 and 10 x 50
- 9Remove the compressor.
- 10Install in the reverse order of removal and:NOTE: Measure the deflection when 98 N (10 kg, 22 lb) force is applied between the pulleys.Compressor belt Adjustment: 9-11 mm (0.35-0.43 in); 7-9 mm (0.28-0.35 in) when new belt is installed.Idle pulley nut: 48 N·m (4.8 kg-m, 35 lb-ft)
