Front Bumper - Replacement

NOTE applies to cars with A/C: cut off and discard the 5 radiator grille covers when installing a new bumper.

Replacement

  1. 1
    Remove the right and left front turn signal lights.

    Remove the 2 bumper mount screws on each side at the corner edge of the bumper.
  3. 3
    Remove the 2 bumper lower mount bolts and the 4 bumper mount bolts.

    Disconnect the headlight washer hose.
  5. 5
    Remove the bumper by sliding it forward.
  6. 6
    If necessary: Remove the screws, then remove the corner slide and slide clip.
  7. 7
    Installation sequence is essentially the reverse order of removal.
    NOTE: When installing a new bumper on a car with A/C, cut off and discard the 5 radiator grille covers.
